Procheck Health Screening

Procheck Health Screening will be doing blood screening at Annual Conference, Friday morning June 6. For Healthlflex participants there will be no charge; others wishing to have the tests performed there will be a $115 charge per person, payable at the time of testing. Persons wishing to have the blood work done should fast for 8 hours prior to taking the test. Reports will be mailed directly to each screened participant within two weeks. This will count as a wellness visit for Healthlfex participants.
