All are invited to attend Mary Lee Clark Memorial’s annual Wild Onion Dinner on Saturday, March 15th. Meals will be served from 11am until 3pm for $15.00 a plate.
Menu:
Wild onions, salt pork or chicken, mashed potatoes or pashofa, pinto beans, banaha, fry bread, and finish with grape dumplings for dessert. Drinks are included with a choice of tea, sweet tea or water.
Also, table space for vendors are available for $30 per table.
Wild onion dinners have been a time-honored tradition observed by the Native communities as a way of welcoming the new Spring.
